Case 1: Engine Cylinder Head Repair & Retapping
What was done? The cylinder head had an intake port fracture and a sheared stud. The crack was grooved out, preheated under controlled temperature, rebuilt with pulsed aluminium TIG welding, surface-milled flush and retapped with concentric metric threads.

Case 2: Exhaust Manifold Pinhole Leak Repair
What was done? The exhaust manifold leaked gases through a casting porosity defect. The affected area was decontaminated, preheated and welded with specialized high-temperature filler, completely sealing the leak and restoring original pressure integrity.

Case 3: Alloy Wheel Rim Structural Crack Repair
What was done? Inspection of rim runout and crack defect via benchmark check and pressure testing (video). V-groove dual-sided structural TIG welding was applied, followed by CNC lip dressing to guarantee zero tire pressure loss.

Case 4: Radiator, Oil Pan & Thread Rebuilding
What was done? Complete overhaul of worn engine castings, split radiator cores and stripped sump drain plugs. Damaged areas were rebuilt with TIG filler, concentric threads were retapped and sealed under pressure test.
